Tohono Chul Park’s showplace grounds and facilities offer many opportunities for those planning special activities. Whether the occasion is for 10 or 150, the wonderful ambiance of the Park makes every moment memorable.

GARDEN RENTALS
Tohono Chul Park’s garden settings provide the perfect atmosphere for your outdoor ceremony. Many delighted guests have enjoyed ceremonies in the Demonstration Garden and the Performance Garden. No food or drink is allowed in these areas, but you may rent them in conjunction with other areas in the Park where food and drink are allowed.
The Demonstration Garden is an intimate setting for small gatherings of up to 50 people. This space can only be rented between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, and no chairs or music are allowed. Larger weddings, up to 200 people, may be held in the Performance Garden. Reservations for any of the facilities may be made by visiting the Park at 7366 N. Paseo del Norte, Tucson, Arizona 85704 or by calling 742-6455 x 210.

West House
A handsome Spanish Colonial home, the West House, with its plant-filled courtyard and welcoming patio is home to the Tohono Chul Park Tea Room and Museum Shop. The Tea Room can be rented and makes a unique setting for weddings and receptions for up to 150 guests. The Chul Room provides an intimate setting for very small private daytime parties such as bridal/baby showers. The Park’s Tea Room caterer must be retained when renting these areas.
Also in the West House is the newly renovated Wilson Room, a perfect spot for multipurpose use with a seating capacity of 60 – 70. Added on its western side, a tile-roofed porch with gorgeous sunset views will create an outdoor setting for a variety of events. The Park’s Tea Room caterer must be retained for all food and beverages when renting this area.
A limited number of chairs and tables are available. All additional rentals are the responsibility of the renters. For weekend evening rentals, the Wilson Room is included with the Tea Room Rental, which adds seating for a total capacity of 150 guests, 125 of which can be seated in various sheltered areas.
West House Fees

Per Hour rate: $125 (up to 75 guests), non-profit rate: $100
4 hours: $450, non-profit rate: $350
8 hours: $800.00, non-profit rate: $700

Desert Discovery Education Center Meeting Room
The Desert Discovery Education Center meeting room is located on the southeast corner of the Park off of Northern Avenue. This 600-square-foot room is available for both Park and community meetings. The meeting room is a multi-use space with audio/visual presentation capabilities. This unique space is a great addition to the attractive and welcoming setting of Tohono Chul Park and is appropriate for meetings and retreats.

All fees directly support the Park. 501(c)(3) organizations may qualify for non-profit rates upon presentation of their 501(c)(3) certification from the IRS. None of the facilities may be used for a fundraising or profit-making event.
