Public Group Tours

Group tours for up to 60 people are scheduled year-round. Subjects covered during the approximately one-hour tour may include desert ecology, plant and animal adaptations, ethnobotany or landscaping techniques. If your group is interested in a particular aspect of the Sonoran Desert environment, please let us know so that your tour can be tailored to meet your needs. If the indoor gallery exhibits are of relevance to your area of interest, arrangements can be made in advance to include a visit in your tour. Fees for group tours are the same as the admission charge: $7 for adults, $5 for seniors (62+), $5 active military, $2 for children (5-12) with a 10 percent discount for groups of 10 or more.

TO SCHEDULE A TOUR, PLEASE CALL 742-6455 x 241.

Please call and make arrangements at least two weeks in advance of the date you would like to visit the Park. Remember the sooner you call, the more likely you will be to get the date and time you want. When calling, please have the following information ready:

  • number of people in your group
  • address and telephone number of contact person
  • name of contact person
  • area(s) of special interest
