The Wonder of It All - I, II & III:
Student Art from the Amphitheater School District

For the tenth year we are presenting student art work from community schools. This summer we are featuring the Amphitheater School District. Our annual student art exhibits are always well-received and highly-regarded by our community. They show that the youth of our community are talented, thoughtful, creative and resourceful individuals and they provide encouragement for these budding artists.

Art education gives students another avenue for expressing their thoughts and ideas. Through the visual arts, students can examine the objects and events of their daily lives and those of other cultures to unravel the meaning and significance of the world around them. And they can explore the use of different materials in creating their own perspectives. It is always a delight to see how young people make connections and use their visual perceptions to forge a path to greater understanding of their world. This is a marvelous opportunity for Tohono Chul to encourage young artists in their creative pursuits and for our community to share their youthful expressions.
