Eligibility: Artists who are ADC members as of January 22, 2007 will be el= igible to enter their original, handcrafted art.&nbs= p; Work submitted must not have been exhibited in any juried ADC show o= r at Tohono Chul. Paintings are no= t eligible. Artists wishing to join ADC ($35 d= ues) may contact Bob Wrenn, Treasurer, at 520-297-2786, <= st1:City w:st=3D"on">Tucson, or may download an application = at www.adcs= outh.org.

Judging: Jurors will view slide and digital entries and= will base selections on excellence, creativity and craftsmanship.

Awards: Best of Show ($200 Award) and other cash and non-cash prizes will be awarded by the jurors at the opening reception. Also, a People’s Choice priz= e will be awarded at the end of the show based on a tally of ballots cast by visit= ors.

Submissions: Up to 4 entries per artist. A set equals one piece. Up to three images sho= wing front, back and side views may be submitted per piece. Please submit slides or digital en= tries.

Slide Entries= : Slides must be 35mm in cardboard or thin plast= ic mounts, labeled on front with: Artist’s name, Title, Top. <= /p>

Digital Entries: Digital entries must be submitted in 300dpi,

j= peg, 3x5” size. Either submit on CD-R disk (labele= d with artist’s name) OR email entries to: vickidonk@gmail.com. Be sure to include the entry number (ex: 001.jpg, 002.jpeg) or an abbreviated ID (ex: BlueGrnVase.jpg) that corresponds to th= e title on the entry form.   ALL digital entries require a mailed hard copy of the entry form, stamped return envelope and entry fee.

Entry Fee & Dead= line: A nonrefundable fee of $25 covers up to 4 entr= ies. Make checks payable to: Tohono Chul Park. Fee and submissions must be re= ceived by January 22, 2007.

Sales: All work will be for sale unless marked NFS (n= ot for sale). A 40% commission is re= tained by Tohono Chul. No price changes will be allowed from what is on the entry form.

Presentation<= /b>: Work accepted must be professionally presented= and ready to install. Tohono Chul= may refuse an entry which is too fragile, damaged, poorly packed, or if upon arrival, varies significantly from the image submitted. Accepted work may n= ot be withdrawn prior to the show’s closing date.

Insurance= : All work is insured while in the custody of Tohono Chul Park. Artists are responsible for liabil= ity during transit.
